  &quot;Eszett&quot; which would otherwise be turned into &quot;ss&quot; during nameprep.
  Use $n-&gt;setParams(&apos;version&apos;, &apos;2008&apos;) to use the &quot;new&quot; IDNA-encoding. Default is still
  IDNA2003 for backwards-compatibility.
